1. If you want to receive ALERTS from your Thermometer, we recommend our STAND-ALONE Ethernet Thermometer, that DOES NOT depend on any other host computer to be running. It’s ready-to-use, straight out of the box, and is self-contained. That way, if a host computer fails, your Ethernet Thermometer will keep monitoring your room temperature regardless.
